Super thanks to Encik Mohamad Nor Haris for the exceptional service! He took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions with patience and expertise.
He even assisted me when the initial staff who assisting me went to long break. I arrived at the service centre at 10 am and collected the car at 1 pm. Otherwise, I think I would have needed to wait longer.

Then, the mechanic/technician Mr. Farhan did a great job explaining one by one because I raised an issue. He was quick to solve it as well. Great people here. Just get an appointment early. If you're lucky, you might enjoy breakfast courtesy of the house.

The service center advisors are good. they dont simply ask me to add this and that. i have 2 perodua cars and went for service more than 5 years: since i moved to kajang. now closed down and no choice i went to seri kembangan which was disappointed me a lot, without asking my tyre condition and he included tyre balancing and alignment after 6 months from previous service. wondering where are the balakong staff went.
